The Illinois River Integrated Managment Plan:
       A management plan for the Illinois River Watershed.   Developed by citizens, scientists and governement officials.  Published in 1997 by Lt. Gov. Kustra's office.   Provides suggestions for improving the watershed in terms of reducing sediment,  increasing area's dedicated to wetlands
and wildlife, improving local economies for cities along the Illinois River and educating Illinois citizens about the value of the river.
