Ann Marie Stahel -- Director of the Wind Ensemble and the Pep Band

Ann Marie Stahel is a native of Cass County. She attended St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana, and graduated with a BA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. She earned a Master of Music from the Schola Cantorem Basiliensis, University of Basel, Switzerland. Ms. Stahel has traveled widely. In addition to teaching music for 20 years while living in Europe, she served as a music teacher and choral director at a missionary school in the Highlands of Papua, New Guinea from 1999-2000. Ann Marie is presently Assistant to the President of Illinois College and Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees at Illinois College, directs the Illinois College Wind Ensemble and Pep Band, and is Director of Music for Our Saviour Catholic Church.
